When my oldest daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at a tender age of under 2 years old, our family experienced the horrifying reality of navigating a healthcare system that was strained and lacking in resources. Witnessing my daughter's life hanging in the balance due to the scarcity of medical support left a permanent mark on my soul. It was a pivotal moment that ignited a fierce determination within me. I made a solemn promise to myself that I would tirelessly strive to never again face such a terrifying situation.
